Child Safety Standards

1. Zero-tolerance policy

CALEFY LLC ("CALEFY", "we") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation, the creation, possession, upload, sharing, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as any behavior intended to contact, groom, exploit, or sexually harass a minor ("grooming" or "sextortion"). Violations of this policy result in the immediate suspension of the account involved, removal of the content, and — where required or appropriate under applicable law — reporting to the relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities (e.g. the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC).

2. Scope within the CALEFY app

CALEFY is a social calendar app in which users can, among other things, upload profile pictures, create event and calendar entries with free text, and communicate with each other via direct messages. These features may not be used to distribute CSAM, contact or exploit minors, or otherwise violate these Child Safety Standards. Our Terms of Use expressly prohibit such content and behavior.

3. Reporting abuse

If you encounter content or behavior within the CALEFY app that suggests child sexual abuse or exploitation, or if you have a suspicion of such conduct, please report it immediately to:

Email: privacy@calefy.app
Subject line: "Child Safety Report"

Where possible, please include the username or account identifier involved, screenshots, or any other information that may help our review. We treat every report as top priority, take immediate action (including account suspension and content removal), and file reports with the relevant authorities where legally required. You can submit a report without directly interacting with the content or account in question.

4. Designated point of contact

The point of contact responsible for handling child safety reports is:
CALEFY LLC
1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA
Email: privacy@calefy.app

5. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations and fulfill our legal reporting and retention obligations relating to CSAM, including under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), by reporting to NCMEC.

6. Changes to these standards

We will update these Child Safety Standards whenever the legal situation or our internal processes change.
